Luis Alpizar

Luis Alpizar joined CKG International recently as a Broker Coach. He is an owner of two successful and profitable real estate franchises that he and his partners started in 2005 in totally different markets. Additionally Luis was a very successful coach for 2 ½ years in one of the largest real estate companies in North America coaching over 150 Broker/Managers at one time and having made over 5,000 coaching calls. He began his entrepreneurial trek after a 30 year career in Corporate America with several fortune 500 companies. His colleagues describe him as “a results oriented professional with a passion for excellence”. That passion is evident in his dynamic business career. He has served as CEO, COO, President, V.P. Finance, V.P. Customer Service, V.P. Administration, General Manager Operations, Consultant and various other positions in real estate, consumer packaged goods and heavy manufacturing with such companies as Hicks Muse, Earthgrains/Anheuser-Busch, Suiza Foods, Trinity Industries, Sky Chefs and Keller Williams Realty.

Luis has been successful because of his ability to be an innovative visionary with a “hands on” leadership style which encourages participation by everyone in the organization. His natural coaching style serves to inspire and motivate people to perform at very high levels. He is equipped with the experience and business acuity to assist Broker/Owners and Managers in building profitable businesses. Identifying the Goal
More sales is a very general goal, yet one we see alot! We'll use that as our premise. So we need to develop Clarity of the goal, how much $$ do we want to increase by, how many sales does that relate too? Are they buyer sales or listing sales? The clearer you make the Goal the better, of course writing it down and going through the next steps to ensure implementation are essential.

Creating a Drip Campaign
Thank you all for your support and interest in the Drip Campaign topic. Just to recap: A Drip Campaign is branded marketing to prospects that you have made contact with and wish to do business with. The prospects should be Present/Future, buyers and sellers that you have qualified to be motivated and have a need to fulfill.

8 Steps to Making your goals a reality!
While there are many variations of how to acheive goals this process has help me over the years. After attending conferences or seminars it is always amazing to me how excited everyone is! Then they get back to thier routine and never incorporate any of the ideas that stimulated them!
